What does it mean?

This is my sankalpa.

A sankalpa is a root intention – it is the intention that guides my every move as a yoga teacher, a woman, and a human.

To me, living a life that is WILD and UNABASHED means living a life where there needs to be no secrets. It means no more shame-filled stories that are shoved way back in your mind. It means taking full responsibility for your own vibrancy, for reclaiming both your divinity and your humanness, and living life to its full extent.

It means feeling the fear and doing it anyway.

It means finding courage, freedom of expression, to be who you are in the healthiest, most full, state.

I believe that living WILDLY and UNABASHEDLY means that you’re willing to step into the darkness, to face it, and to wrestle with your demons. I believe to be truly authentic, you must be willing to go where you wish no person to see, and then learn to integrate this into a complete version of self.

A wild and unabashed act might be stepping into your power as the most dynamite yoga teacher you could ever become.

and it can also be as simple as saying, “No, thank you. I’m not drinking tonight.”
