The fall harvest and the equinox has traditionally been the celebration of the year's work and acknowledgement into the descent into the final and darkest quarter of the year. Two yin practices and two hatha/flow practices will be structured around acknowledging, celebrating, and honoring the descent into dark, not as something to fear but rather as a deeply nourishing and healing experience. Retreat cost includes accommodations and all vegetarian meals.
