Enter: coaching.

Coaching is designed to help you get from where you are to where you want to be.

As your coach, I am happy to partner with you to help you uncover what your dreams are, and we’ll figure out what your strengths are and how to use them in the process. Along the way, I’ll provide accountability and check-ins, and together we can troubleshoot what is going well and what we need to change.

Why would someone seek coaching?

Reasons I’ve been hired include:

  • making a physical lifestyle change, such as exercise, meal planning, or sleep hygiene

  • making a mindful lifestyle change, such as finding more presence, adding in meditation, or journaling to enhance self knowledge

  • enhancing a relationship and deepening self-appreciation and respect

Coaching is relational, and progress depends on an established, trusting relationship between client and coach. As the relationship grows, the client also grows in self-understanding, and the initial vision and goals set may change as deeper motivators and desires are exposed. Because of this, I only take on new clients who commit themselves to at least six sessions.

Package of 6 sessions - $600

Your package of six sessions includes:

  • Initial vision creation and consultation - 60-90 minute session

  • 5 follow-up sessions of 45 minutes each, to be scheduled 1-2 weeks apart

  • Your choice of phone or Zoom call meetings

  • Unlimited email and text support

All private sessions are currently being held remotely.
