Yoga for All and Accessible Yoga Certified, she/hers

“I've had the pleasure of working with Amie in both roles as student/teacher and as peers, and what keeps bringing me back to her even when I've floated away is her ability to be practical and realistic with her coaching/teaching; she's a tremendous listener and can synthesize a lot of seemingly-random conversation pieces into points of clarity and guidance. She will push you to stay honest with yourself and your boundaries while helping you realize the depths of your potential when you are doubting yourself. What a gift.”

I have been working with Amie for 2 or 3 months and it has literally been a game-changer. After the first session I was hooked. We talked about where I'm at now, where I want to be, how to get there, how to set SMART goals to do it, and how to think bigger and find my true motivators. She was inspiring and good at getting me focused.

She's helped me set goals for my relationship life, my work life, and my dream life where I finally quit my job and do something that I've always wanted to do. She has helped me figure out my learning process better, helped me understand myself more, and taught me how to dig a little deeper in the inner me to push myself further and go for it.

Amie is great, always happy and laughing keeps you focused, and I leave each session ready to get after it even more.”

Everywhere I look I see women who seem to worship looking a certain way instead of feeling a certain way. They are more focused on the number on the scale or the size of their pants. They focus more on pushing/punishing their bodies instead of marveling at them. But you my dear – you are the lighthouse beacon amidst a sea of ships all clamoring to reach the shore. You bring the message I wish more people in the health and wellness community shared. You remind people to love their bodies. To not be embarrassed. To not hide. You tell people to try something new and marvel at what their bodies are capable of.
